The saunas and steam baths at the Steirerhof - reserved exclusively for residents - comprise the following:

• 1 Finnish sauna (90°C)
• 1 bio-soft sauna (60°C)
• 1 herbal steam bath (45°C)
• 1 tepidarium (35°C)
  
• 1 infrared sauna (38°C)
• 1 dipping pool
• 1 fresh-air courtyard

The warmth of the saunas permeates through your whole body, promoting peace and health. The hot, dry air of the sauna encourages blood circulation and strengthens the immune system. In the steam bath, the hot, humid air helps relaxation and loosens the muscles. The tepidarium - a sauna for gentle relaxation - increases the general feeling of wellbeing.

For the little breaks between sauna sessions, our guests can sit in the cosy chat corner and enjoy a sip or two of Grander water from the drinking water fountain. Or go into the spacious quiet room with open fire and covered terrace.
