The hotel was built in a place that people have long since known has a special energy. Investigations with a divining rod had confirmed that this was an excellent spot for a very unique kind of wellness hotel. Other positive factors in choosing this location were the proximity to the thermal spring of Bad Waltersdorf, the peaceful setting and the availability of a large enough site for the project. Also, right outside the door, the guests have access to lots of different routes for cycling, hiking or just walking in the countryside.
