The coincidence led us to a beautiful small spot grounds some time ago - close to Garmisch-Partenkirchen - in the midst of the protected area of the valley of Elmau - embedded between mountains. And here our new partnerhotel »DAS KRANZBACH« Hotel & Wellness-Refugium has been developed completely in reflect proven Steirerhof-philosophy and for Germany probably unique.

The fabulous external of the existing building reminds of an English country estate, the new rooms and the bathing house with a Vital & Spa area of 2.500 sqm nestles themselves harmoniously into the landscape. Our future guests dip into 5 steaming pools inside and outside, filled with mountain spring water of the own Kranzbach font, fall leave themselves with relaxing massages and cosmetic treatments, stock up energy in front of crackling open fire, wrapped in cosy blankets, enjoy the calm of the unique nature and have a terrific view of the surrounded world of mountains.

The Quellenhof has arised as one of the first Wellness hotels in Austria more then 20 years ago. It is specialized on well-being, Wellness, recreation and above all on the Austrian Natural Cuisine for which we are awarded with the "Green Bonnet" since 1993 which is especially for healthy food with fresh and regional products from biological cultivations. In the meantime the Quellenhof has been developed to one of the best hotels in Tyrol and stands also for high competence in therapies as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine.
