| Please note our minimum stay of 2 nights. |
| Please confirm your stay with a written confirmation, either with e-Mail, Fax or letter. |
| Check-in is guaranteed from 3 pm on the day of arrival. |
| On your departure day you may stay in your room until 11 am, but you can use the Spa and bathing area all day without extra charge |
| Cancellation Policy: No fee before 14 days of arrival (except from 22.12.-2.1. - here the cancellation is free of charge until 21 days before arrival). Thereafter, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) shall apply in their current version. |
| Free outdoor parking, e-carport € 12 per day (charging included), underground parking € 8 per day and from 7 nights € 5 per day. (We would like to point out that e-cars or cars with spikes are not allowed in the underground parking!) |

Security
Due to our hillside location, most rooms do not have a barrier-free escape route but escape stairs. If guests are dependent on walking aids of any kind, please let us know when making your reservation, since for safety reasons accommodation is only possible in certain rooms.

- Local tax - € 3,50 p.p./day
- Room with a view of the valley – as single or double - € 7 p.p./day
Vacation with children
The Steirerhof is a place of peace and calmness with the main goal of wellness and relaxation. Due to these essential priorities of making your stay as recreational for the mind and body as possible we do not have any amenities for children in the hotel or in the pool area such as slides, playgrounds or fun rooms. As a private thermal spa our hotel guests appreciate the relaxed atmosphere.
Therefore we recommend holidays with children at the Steirerhof from the age of 12 years.
