Tennis courts, extensive bike paths and attractive running and walking trails can be found right outside our front door. Well-maintained bicycles and e-bikes as well as cycling and hiking maps are available free of charge.
The daily varied activity program is supervised by our sports expert Hans Toberer with his team and offers a variety of sporty and healthy activities, whether for beginners or advanced of all ages, winter or summer. This free program includes Nordic walking in the morning, water aerobics, thermal water stretching exercises, spinal exercises, abdominal-leg-buttock gymnastics, relaxation training, Taiji, Qi-Gong, the 5 Tibetans, Pilates training, archery, and so on.
