The daily changing activity programme is arranged by your sports expert Hans Toberer and his team. It provides a large selection of sports and healthy activities, for beginners to experts, winter or summer our programme is tailored for all age groups. This programme is included free of charge when you stay with us.

Cardio Training

Our Fitness room has an indoor/outdoor area which is equipped with high quality Cybex equipment. We run daily sessions to ensure you get the most out of your training.
Nordic Walking

This art is one of the healthiest sports. Discover the beautiful Styrian countryside whilst making a positive effect on your whole body.
Smovey Walking

While swinging the Smovey Vibroswings ®, a unique pattern of movement from the freely movable ball mass is created. The vibration resulting therefrom is transmitted directly through the hand to the inner surfaces, massaging and stimulating the reflex zones.
Coordination Training

This training will focus on your balance, spatial orientation, flexibility, rhythm, responsiveness and agility in order to improve your coordination skills.
Back exercises

Holistic health advancement through breathing, stretching, relaxation and toning.

The physical and mental exercises of yoga are used to alleviate health problems, reduce stress and make the spine supple. Yoga is also a complete exercise program and physical therapy routine used to find harmony in one's body, mind and soul.

Taiji is movement training, relaxation, healthy exercise, self-defence, breathing exercises, development of inner strength and the path to self-development.

Qigong uses mental power or imagination to lead your breathing and also physical movement to keep fit. It follows simple movements that are designed to enhance and balance Qi in the body, while meditation relaxes the body and tranquilizes the mind.

5 yoga-based moves designed to give you a renewed sense of energy and vitality. It enables you to find harmony in body, mind and soul.

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that can help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. The system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced.
