The varied fitness program is supervised by our sports expert Hans Toberer with his colleagues and offers a variety of sporty and healthy activities, from easy to challenging, from spring to winter.
And everything included in the room price!

A short excerpt from our extensive fitness program:

  • daily Nordic or Smovey walking in the morning
  • daily water aerobics
  • daily spinal exercises
  • daily relaxation training, yoga, Pilates, Qigong or Taiji
  • hotel's own tennis courts are daily open

In rotation:

  • Explaination of the fitness equipment
  • guided sauna infusions in the garden sauna
  • guided bike tours (also with e-bikes)
  • swim training
  • archery
  • coordination exercises
  • every Wednesday golf practice lesson at the golf course Bad Waltersdorf
